Someone just told me about this site bbguy.org.  I searched BBTalk and found it mentioned a few times but not since 2010.  I think it deserves a repeat mention as a source of information about transfusion medicine.  There is a TON of info there and I have not looked at it very long.  The FAQ on CMV-safe was informative.

I like the BBGuy transfusion reaction charg. I use it quite often and used some verbiage for one of my  policy.

Just checked it out. Oh boy, more fun to be had!

It is a really very good site. The podcasts are superb. Dr. Joe Chaffin conducts lectures for The Osler Institute's Clinical Pathology Course.

I've used it for good stuff for students...and lots of other good info.

Found a long time ago. I wrote for permission to use some material on transfusion reactions. Nice clear presentations.Education as it should be. Easily understood.
