A year ago a patient of ours was sent to the reference lab and came back as a warm auto and we were told to honor E, C, and K. Now this patient has a new specimen and the antibody screen was negative on the Provue gel testing. Do these patients once they have a warm auto always need further testing or if we get a negative antibody screen, can we go to crossmatches on E, C, and K negative units? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
