Heat elution to detect Rh HDN

In our lab , we want turn to heat elution ( 56 degree C water bath for 10min) to detect our HDN specimen.

I know it is good to detect ABO HDN, but for Rh and other group HDN it is not so sensitive. But we have limited resource .

I want to know whether I can use only heat elution to detect all HDN, if some specimen is DAT strong pos, we turn it to ref lab.
