The younger generation will be the future blood bankers and I have seen some very good prospects out there since I have started back working.Also, this is a very good forum and I enjoy reading the postings and replies. I have always had nothing but the utmost respect for you, and it is so great to know that you are around to depart your wisdom and knowledge to us all!!!
