  9. We have been using Galileo for over 4 years. We had lots of up and down times. Its a good system but i think it's better if you try to look at different technologies and choose the best at this time as David suggested, because the technology is moving so fast and does not stay at one place.Good luck

  14. Thanks a lot Rashmi for ur reply. We do not use our phenotype reagents for a months and we do not leave them on board for a long period. We had this problem at the begining when we introduced Galileo. Immucor support instruct us to keep the reagnt back in the fridge when they are not in use. We did not see the growth after that, but they are back again even though we follow the same instructions. There must be some thing else, don't you think?

  17. We use hemocue for many years. The percentage of defferal is very little.(1-2%) only.
  18. Hello everyone. Just wanted to make sure when calculating the percentage of out dated blood and blood products as QC indicator, Are you calculating the percentage from the total collection or total product preparation? Which one is the correct one? Thank you all.

  21. We are using them for almost 3 years now and all have no problem with reading it. It is exactly as David said. We use them also for transport of blood.
  22. We have both Jewette and Forma Scientific. Our Jewettes are more than 12 years old and we do not have any problem with them. I do not know since they merged to another compay(Thermo) still they have the same quality or not.
