    We just went live with our Vision and are purchasing the AlbaQ - it is expensive and I wasn't happy to learn the open expiry is only 7 days! Will definitely consider making our own once we are settled in to the new instrument...now that I know this has worked well for others.

    How would you differentiate from a mf reaction due to contamination from the mother's cells?

    This is something that I would also like to know. From the technical manual: " to check for completeness of adsorption, test the adsorbed serum against the red cells used for the adsorption. If positive, repeat..." If the patient has a + DAT and their cells are already sensitized, won't this always be positive? Am I missing something? Thank you.
