Posted April 6, 20169 yr comment_65251 Any one using TEG 5000? is there a CPT code ? Do you know the CPT code for TEG 6, point of care machine... Thank you
April 7, 20169 yr comment_65257 Haemonetics supplied us the codes, IIRC. The ones I found in the dictionary are 85347, 85384, 85576, and 85390 which are for R, K, MA and LY30 (angle is a derived value so I assume that is why there is no code for it). Did not build this myself, so I do not know specifics. If you do platelet mapping, our ADP and AA MA use 85576-91. Not sure about POC, we only have the TEG 5000.
