Cold Thawed FFP

Liz

Recommended Posts

Once thawed and not released immediately, the FFP is stored at 2-6 C then they transfuse them at 4C slowly as the RBCs. However, in TTP with FFP replacement this is a problem. what do you do, use a warmer? any other options?

Thank you.
