sameerjee Posted May 5, 2012 Share Posted May 5, 2012 We have a panel cell giving positive results with out antibody specificity, and we thought that it is Bga antibody recting with its corresponding antigen. the cells are not tested for Bga antigen. we tried absorbing the Ag with platelets and then it become negative. any other way to concule this would be highly appreciated.ThanksSameerjee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We have some non specific reactivity with our current lot so if you specify the manufacturer and lot#, it will help others and if all of us report to manuf. they will test the donor for bg antigen.
