David Saikin Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 The QM defines your Quality System, the what's, where's, how's . . . and by whom's. If you have an AABB Technical Manual, it provides a reasonably good description of the Quality Essentials. Using that as a guide, you can develop your QM based on how your Blood Bank functions.
