clmergen
For equipment not used daily, we circle the date and initial that we are acknowldging that QC was not done and the equipment was not used for that day. It is clearly defined on our form as an acceptable answer. Just leaving something blank is unacceptable.
Malcolm Needs ☆
We are the same in the UK. Good Document Practice (GDP) dictates that you cannot leave blanks, as these could be filled in later (forging in other words).
adiescast
The no blanks is usually an FDA thing. It is best to design your forms to avoid the necessity for blanks whenever possible.
