Observe thawing of FFP also and repeat the procedure again hope it will qualify. §If Residual Leucocyte Count fail: §Take two samples from same bags, one to be done by flow cytometry and second one to be done manually by Nageotte chamber, if any result of both samples is accepted, so the QC is accepted. §If both results are failed, repeat the all-procedure steps again. §If failed again, call filter manufacturer’s company to change the lot number and ask them come to solve the problem. §If Recovery RBCs fail: §Send sample again to check, if pass, so you can accept result, §If result failed again, repeat the all-procedure steps again. §If failed again, call bag manufacturer’s company to change the lot number and ask them come to solve the problem.
