If you are accredited by AABB, you need a policy. 5.19.6 Massive Transfusion The BB/TS shall have a policy regarding compatibility testing when, within 24 hours, a patient has received an amount of blood approximating or greater than the total blood volume. I'm sure The Joint Commission has something too.
  5. I believe other manufacturers offer validation kits. Maybe see what Terumo offers?
  6. I'm surprised the vendor didn't offer support. Here is an ancient validation plan for a Sebra hand sealer; you can adapt it. Sebra Hand Held Tube Sealer valid plan.doc There is also the FDA guidance on the use of the device. And the decades-old, and since retracted, FDA Memo.

  11. That's odd. I was under the impression (possibly false) that PayPal was only required for me. Anyhow, I just added Stripe payment processing. When you get to the checkout, you can choose Stripe or PayPal. I appreciate your support!
