Posted September 20, 201311 yr comment_52588 A few days ago at work i was dispensing a unit of PRBC to a nurse. She noticed that the unit was slightly darker than other units. She asked me why this was, and i did not know the answer. So my question is, why is some units of PRBC bright red and others more darker?
