After about 1 hour at room temperature, we redone the antibody screen use gel and it is neg.I think maybe the large molecular protein is deposition with the red cells, and so the plasma is fewer large molecular protein to cause the false postivie.The rouleux is confirmed use microscopic view.This is just my thought, I am very happy if you will share your experience with me. Malcolm Needs ☆ Posted March 22, 2011 Share Posted March 22, 2011 I think you are correct shily.I recall a case a few years ago, when one of our hospitals was able to gauge the health of an MM patient by the number of times they had to wash tube antiglobulin tests before they could get a proper test result (4 in "remission", 8 in "relapse").
