adika1 Posted July 6, 2010 Share Posted July 6, 2010 I occassionally get confused with this, and will need some help from the experts to clarify my doubt.We had a patient who had a type and screen done and received rogham. On day 1 of the screen the patient delivered, and on day 2 of the screen, a post rhogam was ordered with a fetal screen. Since the screen is still within the last 72 hours, do we still need to do another type and screen, or do we only perform the fetal screen and issue the rhogam.
