I am trying to re-design our downtime sheet we use for the recording of serolical test results while our computer system is down. The sheet we have now is long (horizontally) and quite busy. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions they would like to share with me? I am open to any design because something, anything has to be better than what we have now!
