Guidelines for Transfusions

If anyone would be willing to share your hospitals guidelines for transfusions of all products, I would be grateful. I need both adult and pediatric guidelines.

I currently don't have electronic copies of our guidelines, but there are some excellent ones from another hospital on the internet that you can easily access if you go to: www.dvh.nhs.uk

When you get to the site search for 'transfusion policy'

There are about 15-20 different documents that are well written andvery readable.
