What kind of provisions do you have to identifiy a patient who will not keep his bracelets on? I want to establish a protocol for these incidents. Thanks! Lcsmrz Posted October 11, 2008 Share Posted October 11, 2008 We document these special conditions (once a year, or less) as a "deviation from SOP", with the advice and consert of our Medical Director.SOP manuals should have procedures for expected conditions, but not every imagineable possibility.
