I've worked on all kinds of positions before (lab techs, software engineers, finance and more), but I've never had to recruit someone with blood center experience, particularly looking for someone with donor and collections experience. Apart from the classifieds section of BBT, does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find qualified candidates? We're looking for a business analyst type role, someone to be the liaison between HSS and the blood centers.
