Recruiting people with blood center experience

Hi everyone. I work for Haemonetics Software Solutions in Rosemont, IL and Haemoscope Corp in Niles, IL as a recruiter. I've worked on all kinds of positions before (lab techs, software engineers, finance and more), but I've never had to recruit someone with blood center experience, particularly looking for someone with donor and collections experience. Apart from the classifieds section of BBT, does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find qualified candidates? We're looking for a business analyst type role, someone to be the liaison between HSS and the blood centers. Monster and CareerBuilder have not produced too many promising results so far, either from ads or resume database searches.

Mary. Thank you for the suggestion. We did post our opening there and had a couple of responses but not too many. It seems like word of mouth is the best way to find people but I'm still hoping to find some central location that everyone would see.

This site may give you access to the biggest pool of qualified blood bank candidates for any job you may have available.

Then again, mad cash, season tickets, and stock options always help:cool:

Money talks. We can be bought! ;)
