Liz Posted July 6, 2007 Share Posted July 6, 2007 Hi,We have the Stem Cell Processing Lab under the jurisdiction of the Blood BAnk.One of our cardiologists is starting clinical research on stem cell injection into the myocardium post MI.Does someone please have a protocol on the preparation of the stem cells for this purpose. I know we will be drawing 80mL from the bone marrow and that preparation with ficoll is involved.
