javvcr Posted July 14, 2006 Share Posted July 14, 2006 hiin my work we have some discution about deferral of donor with diarrhea history.in ur guidelines, it´s specifited that deferral should be for a week, but i´ll like to move it to a month, because risk of infection with Yersinia enterocolytica?in my city, San José, Costa Rica, the prevalence of infected diarrhea people is like 5% of all sick people.What is ur point of view about it?
