Hi, Can anyone share with me their practice? We hold crossmatched blood products for 48 hours then we cancel it and request another fresh sample in order to prepare it again if neccessay. The question is.... can someone out there hold it only for 24 hrs? how is the experience?Where can we find the regulation if any? Thanks,

Hi, Here we have Meditech c/s 5.65 (Gel and Tube Method) and we do the weak D and the system distinguish between a RH Pos and a RH Pos Weak D. May i ask ... do you give to these patients RH Pos or RH Neg RBC? In our facility we give to them RhNeg RBC. Thanks for the information,

Hi, do anyone has Meditech CS 5.56 and have the donors questionnaire's workig properly ? Because right now we move to version 5.56 and in the older version the questionnaire's were working good but now we can't use them they simply don't work. Thanks for the help!
