In the CAP General Lab checklist, GEN.70816 addresses ergomomics to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. Whether short and sporadic use could constitute a hazard is a matter of opinion.

Do you require documentation of the number of weeks or do you accept a verbal (possibly unverified) report from the caregiver?

When you take the temperature of returned units, do use a regular (mercury) thermometer
or an infra-red thermometer?
