    I need something to use for manual washing for adsorptions and eluates. Am I correct to assume that SO is what we would want? The Helmer Ultra CW just doesn't work for that --- great for washing cell buttons for AHG testing but not for packing larger cell volumes ---- so I'm thinking the EBA 21 could be the solution we need.

    Our blood bank dispenses Factor VII (NovoSeven) as part of our Massive Transfusion Protocol for adult trauma patients. Pharmacy replenishes our supply when it is used and is responsible for patient billing. They handle distribution of NovoSeven in any other situations and consultation with a "gatekeeper" is required.

    We're getting ready to switch to using individual coolers for each OR patient. For those of you that are already using this type of a procedure, do you use a temp indicator in each cooler or do you simply consider it satisfactory storage conditions based on your validation data for the coolers?
