We took one of our battery packs to Batteries Plus and had them rebuild the pack with new "Sub C" cells/batteries. They reused the existing wiring and external case. The new batteries are an exact replacement.They come with a 6/mo warrenty and cost $69.99A new battery pack from Genesis comes with a 1/yr warrenty and cost $248.99.I tested all day yesterday and the thing works just as good as the others.I'm also in the middle of getting a heavier duty load cell proposal from another load cell manufacturer.
