4 inch labels on 3 inch bags

Was getting ready to order labels for our split pedi units, when I realized that only 4 inch labels are sold. How to fit 4 inch labels on 3 inch pedi bags?

Also, what should the facility ID label say? We do have an ICCBBA number.

We "flag" them - take only half the backing off, and stick it on the aliquot bags, so that the other half is not on the bag.

For the facility ID - it should be the source facility (prints below Donor number), BUT you then need to add "further processed" by your own facility. This information prints below the ABO type on ISBT labels.

We are not able to print anything, but Shamrock said they can print anything on the base label for us. So I should have them print both the Source Facility ID and the further processed by our Hospital?

The satellite bags attached to the main unit are totally blank.
