Please, could you teach me how to use the enzymes trypsin, quimiotrypsin and ficin ?

Since you haven't gotten any replies in 7 days, I will offer two suggestions:

1. Read the package insert for the enzymes. Not sure what type of facility you are in or have access to, but

2. Read the AABB Technical Manual. The Methods section discusses the use and standardization of enzyme techniques.

The other thing is to be absolutely sure that your enzymes are pure.

Trypsin is very often contaminated with a small amount of chymotrypsin, which will ruin your tests.
