Our facility is going to incorporate a mock computer-down episode into our quarterly QC, but unsure how to document. Staley Posted December 4, 2008 Share Posted December 4, 2008 I don't know about anyone else but our computer systems are going down often enough (both scheduled and unscheduled) that our downtime procedures get plenty of testing with out having to fake it.
