I am a charge technologist in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. My experience is predominently Hematology, but I have been given more responsibility in the transfusion services area over the past two years. We are currently involved with applying the Health Canada/CSA standards and trying to meet OLA accreditation requirements.
