I actually would prefer to purchase them but could not find any way of doing so, short of buying blood bags and cutting them open...

Can anyone point me to a resource that might tell me, step by step, how to create any of the additive solutions as-1, as-3? I have seen multiple sources which state the mg of dextrose, citric acid, etc, but what I am looking for specifically is what medium they are in, etc. Basically I would like to recreate one of these for an experiment. Same goes for cpd/cpda-1...? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
