    recently, CAP has limited labs to obtain more than one set of proficiency samples in some surveys. We have always run the same survey material on the second instruments for an internal documented accuracy check after the survey is submitted and graded.

    We use our employee samples to verify reference range stated in the package insert. we use EP Evaluator to calculate the range.
