we had already an Optimo which had often issues. then we got an Infinity for testings. there were more down time than up time. the bio-rad service was unable to fix it. so finally they took the instrument out of the lab.

Does anyone have some experience with the IH500? Just heard that the machine is not so stable yet and that the cooling system is creating troubles inside the box.

Tango Infinity ? is it stable and running or has it still some issues ? The first machine we got was a desaster, having issues every week-.

I can understand your decision. the quality of bioraed is going down. I use also Grifols and it is good stuff.
