Changezi Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 GOOD evening , please any one using Sorvall Legent RT bench top for making blood component , that is from whole blood to platelet and FFP . i need to know the setting of machine like speed , time and temperature for 1st run ( whole blood ) to get PRP and 2nd Run to separate platelet and FFP . any additional information will be appreciated. many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
