cam1987 Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 We got our first one in 2010 and purchased two more in 2012 to replace our double-door Jewett. We had a few issues with the chart recorder on one of the 2012 fridges but otherwise we have been happy with them. Our maintenance department encouraged us to go with Follett. I emailed out this same question to colleagues in the area and they pretty much said the same, and that their maintenence department seems to like them.
