Average cost of each redraw: $300

I haven't watched it yet because I'm still at work but thank you in advance ! I am currently working on how to assign a monetary value to all of our rejected specimens that we're tracking and I've been kind of mulling over a lot of information for the last couple days: how do I get executive management to put some attention on the issue to make changes? Hopefully this will be an inspiration.
