Environmental Monitoring Systems

Hello all,

Just a quick question if someone out there is using the centron monitoring system from Reese Scientific or something like it? Would like to know your satisfaction level, good or bad. We are looking for a computerized system to monitor all of our Fridges, Freezers, and incubators and I thought this would be a great place to check.

We have used the Centron for two years and am really pleased. The company does an excellent job of hotline service and validation. It is easy to use. I like that the system is able to call on the phone and email alerts and that you can program for a number of phone lists/shifts/holiday schedules etc. We just got the web access installed a few weeks ago so we can even access programing and reports & graphs remotely now if we want. The variety of reports you can produce is impressive.

We switched from rees to isensix about two years ago to to poor feild service by rees in our area when we needed them. Also, problems kept happening over and over. We are all extremely happy with the "isensix arms system".

We use the Rees System and it's great! Their service is pretty good at all of our sites. They're very quick to answer to any problems and their 24/7 tech service helps a lot as well.
