Ghadeer AlKanderi Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 Dear Sir/ MadamIs it possible to categorize the disaster plan in different danger zone acording to the danger level.In another way, we want to arrange the danger levels in our disaster plan in multi zones acording to the level of danger the area affected. eg, green zone for the endemic area, orange zone fore the affected cases but no deaths, red zone when we reach to have death cases and so on. The trick is to exercize your plan occasionally, so everyone is familiar with it when something does happen.We have one disaster plan that is activated by an administrator, plus downtime procedures for utilities, analyzer, computer, etc.Homeland Security alert levels don't correlate well with hospital disaster plans.
