John C. Staley
There are two I know of, Sure-Tech and Eng Scientific (http://www.engscientific.com/). We use the Eng Scientific becasue it has a counter stain that helps distinguish the WBCs from the fetal cells. The Sure-Tech is an excellent stain as well, I used it for years, we just like the counter stain. :abduction

krichards
We use the Simmler kit. It's fairly cheap, easy to use, and has a long shelf life - usually 2 to 3 years.
SANDRA CORBETT
Simmler Fetal Cell Stain kit is the one we use. It requires no weighing out of anything, and just the use of coplin staining jars. As with any manual method though, their is a pretty big standard deviation among techs performing the counts. But so far we have passed all our CAP surveys
