ISBT-128 deglyc LR irrad product code?

In mapping out product codes, I have code E5085 Frozen RBC, Leukocytes reduced going to E4519 for Deglycerolized RBC Leukocytes reduced. If we then irradiate this product I am not sure what code to use. Doing a search using Hematrax, all I can find is E4997 for Deglycerolized RBC, AS-3 Added, Irradiated, Leukocytes reduced. I can't find a code that does not have the AS-3, nor can I find one in the list provided by our blood supplier. Does anyone know of one?

That is what I was looking for. I had to check the system opened box in Hematrax for the search function to find it. I guess I will have to do the same for washed red cells. Thanks again.
