Guest Ann
I'm just wondering what others are doing about Customer agreements. We don't even know who all of our customers will be. Samples come to us from anywhere. Is it sufficient to have a statement on the test requisition that the customer signs? I'd love to hear opinions about this. Guest Anonymous
Your customer agreements should reflect what you will do, what your requirements are (eg. accreditation requirements met, education reqs, competencies, etc) that they must provide, and what service they will provide. If it concerning blood products and transporting them, who will be responsible for maintaining proper temperatures. and who packs them up for returns. (unless you want to write up policies/ procedures for doing that!)....as applicable! Check the AIM manual.
