Hello all, I have frequented this site as a visitor for a while and decided to join. I am a MT at the San Diego Blood Bank (large blood center) and have just taken a new position as a Process Improvement manager. I will be facilitating LEAN events and eventually implement Six Sigma tools for process improvement. I also have a focus on improving customer service. Since this is my first post I need a little help. What is the best forum to share info about process improvement? Thanks and looking forward to being a part of this forum. Angela
