  1. Our Reference Lab currently uses a "home grown" Access-based program developed in 1998 that acts as an electronic card file and report generator. We are considering replacing this system. We do not support a transfusion service (at this time). What are other Reference Laboratories using to electronically store patient records and generate consultation reports?
  2. We are subscribing to both. After talking to CAP (4X over 6 weeks) I found out we need ABT and ABT1 surveys in order to report anti-A titers using 2 different methodologies (DTT treated method used for kidney protocal and untreated method used for all other patients).
