Thanks everyone. I guess I have a job at one of the last small independant hospitals in the country. I wouldn't change it for an instant. I love my job and I love the small town atmosphere. I think I have been transported back in time to a place of less stress and more community. :D:D:D:D:D:D

Is anyone still using albumin for IAT testing? Also can anyone give a real good reason for not using it. I have just started a job at a very small rural hospital that is still using albumin. Any help.....:confused:
