Richard, it's unfortunate that you have chosen a community forum to get competitive. The thread is about LabelClinic, but you have chosen to attempt to hijack it. I'm sure he did look at HemaTrax first. Everyone that has purchased LabelClinic has; since in the past, this was the only option. Yet, after evaluating the cost and functionality of HemaTrax, LabelClinic was purchased. I'm sure even you would agree that one option in the market is not a choice, its a monopoly. The customer never benefits in a monopoly. LabelClinic offers another option for blood banks that need to print ISBT and Codabar labels that is cost competitive by combining stand-alone and integrated deployments into a single license and by allowing the blood bank to choose which standardized thermal printer to use for printing. This philosophy for LabelClinic is identical to the products that Niceware offers in our other applications such as patient identification, specimen identification and other barcode applications that are deployed at over 1,000 healthcare facilities.
