  1. The patient is white. IS neg, RT neg, 4C positive with sc I,II, III. AC neg, Cord cells neg. Blood type group B/D positive. PeG-IAT 2+, Ficin-IAT neg, DTT-PeG-IAT 2+. Anti-Ch/Rg ruled out. Only 2 Ge:-2 panel cells are neg at PeG-IAT. No LISS or Gel were tested.
  2. I am working on a antibody id case. It is a female with 3 miscarriages. Her antibodies panel is all positive at PeG-IAT except the patient contol. Ficin-IAT are neg, DTT-PeG-IAT are all pos. Ch-, Rg- cells are still pos. 2 out of 3 Ge -2 cells are neg. But the patient was typed as Ge2+. Further id, Ficin-PeG-IAT all came back pos except the pt. control. DAT neg tube and gel. It is not Ena because she is M-N+ Also she is Vel+ Also anti-Tja ruled out. Any one has any suggestion or ideas? Please share. Thanks.
