Transfusion Committee--request for sample meeting agenda; sample reports

Hello everyone,

The Regulatory Officer at my hospital has enlisted my help in gathering sample meeting agendas for Transfusion committee meetings and any sample reports that are generated out of this committee.

I no longer work directly in the Blood Bank so I figured this was the best place to ask for help
