mh110172
I have never calibrated a centrifuge, and we received a new Helmer UltraCW. What is an appropriate dilution to assure a 1+ agglutination reaction? Are 20 second Immediate Spins and 15 second AHG spins used by the majority of ultracw users? Thanks for the help. Lcsmrz
The UltraCE does not add AHG reagent, so I calibrate my saline volume to ensure proper filling. Check cells tell me if the wash is sufficieint. If used for something other than just washing, you have to calibrate it just like any other serological centrifuge.
