Just starting out with ISBT

Our institution is just starting to implement the ISBT conversion. We are also converting over to a new computer system (hcll) at the same time. Currently we use Hemo care which does not accept the ISBT #'s. I feel like I'm stuck right now until we know more about hcll. Does anyone have any suggestions of I can be doing now in order to speed up this process?

Yes we did resolve at a meeting where we both werein attendance. We received a bit of an appology and we both said we would not assinate each other. There are statements still made that we feel innacureate but such is life. Time to move on.
