Hi all, I work for a research company fairly new and one of the goal is to stream line the process of tracking sample query/discrepancy of clients. Currently what we do is send an email notification to all Project managers notifying them of the discrepancy received and they are the ones who reach out to the client for answers/clarification.

The email notification itself is becoming cumbersome as majority of the accessioning team are constantly sending emails due to discrepancies caught. It is very easy to lose an important email due to the volume of emails coming from sample query,

I would like to connect with anyone who had this workflow before and improved possibly by automation. I would like to eliminate the ongoing email notiification.

Might you be able to provide a current workflow? There are a number of software solutions that could help, including perhaps ours (Korchek), but I the community here can review objectively. I have 22+ years of LIS experience, would be happy to see if I can provide you with some direction. Thanks. -Peter P
